1. Digital Purchases All purchases of virtual items and virtual currency within "Global Silkroad" are deemed final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or where legally required.

2. Chargebacks Chargebacks are not accepted, and initiating a chargeback for purchases will lead to immediate account suspension. This action is considered fraudulent if done without just cause and can result in legal action.

3. Refund Exceptions In rare cases where digital content may not be delivered as described due to technical issues, users may submit a claim to customer support, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
